Style-conscious guests and wedding couples are captured in elegant illustrations that highlight their outfits and unique details. These artworks offer a distinctive way to celebrate personal style. Paper and envelopes for the illustrations can also be customized with your logo, monogram, or coat of arms.
Jelena, an internationally recognized artist with over 20 years of experience, captures special moments with refined precision, whether through portraits, fashion sketches, artistic renditions of logos, bespoke packaging decorations for brands, or mascots.

~ Booking & Process ~
Consultation & Planning
You can contact me using the contact form on this page or directly by email at jelena@jelenafiala.com. We will discuss your wishes and the details of your event.
I will provide you with various options, such as the number of illustrations, the style, the artistic technique, and any special requests. You will then receive a customized offer by email.
On the day of the event
I will be working on-site, sketching your guests or the wedding couple in real-time. To reduce waiting times for guests, illustrations can also be created based on photos. The finished artworks can be presented either during or after the event.
On average, 6–7 individuals or 3-4 couples can be drawn in colour per hour. The exact number depends on several factors, including the materials used, interaction time with guests, photo references, and breaks.
If not all guests can be illustrated within the booked time, there is an option to complete them afterward for an additional fee. More detailed drawings can also be prepared in advance.
For large-scale events, I can collaborate with my fellow artists.
Usage Rights
The copyright remains with the Illustrator. Commercial use requires a separate agreement and additional copyright fees.
Illustrations are personal gifts and may be copied for private use. Clients are welcome to share them on social media with a credit to @jelenafial on all social media platforms.
Payment Terms
Private Clients: 30% of my fee, along with travel expenses, must be paid at least two weeks before the event, with the remaining 70% due on the event day.
Corporate Clients: Payment terms are arranged individually, depending on the project size.
International Bookings
I work within the EU. My base is in Vienna, but I am happy to travel to provide my services on-site.
I speak German, English, Russian, and some Italian.
